Account Registration

To use OkuChat, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription and Payment

• Subscription Plans: OkuChat offers subscription-based access to AI models. Pricing and plan details are available in the app.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OkuChat to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for automated or bulk queries without authorization

Third-Party AI Services

OkuChat integrates with third-party AI services. Your use of these services through our app is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party AI responses.

Intellectual Property

The OkuChat app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OkuChat and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create, but grant us a license to store and process it to provide the service.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss.
